Do you have any allergies like Dan? What kind?
I have allergies too. I am allergic to pollen and flowers, they make me sneeze and make my nose stuffy.

Prof. George remembered the Chia Pet. It was ceramic and could grow its own "fur". This clay cat was made from clay and was made strong and had unique properties like holding water. This allowed seeds to be grown and make fur.

Professor George is an engineer. What do you think engineers do? What's the best thing about being an engineer?
Engineers work on mechanical stuff. I think that it would be cool to be an engineer.

I am the wife of a mechanical engineer and the sister of a ceramic engineer. They are the best! If my son shows any interest at all I am going to make sure I encourage him.
